The Temple of the Lord that the devotees currently see was constructed during the year 2014-2017 under the guidance and supervision of the Managing Trustee Sri Chandra Nath Dutta. It has been the immense blessing of the Lord and his intense efforts and that has given shape to this Temple that one sees today.

The Idol of the Lord was shifted to the new Garbhagriha (sanctum) on 24th August 2017 a day prior to the Gonesh Chaturthi Celebrations of the year 2017.

The Temple interior sheathed in spotless white with a golden demeanor of the Garbhagriha is a stunning yet subtle combination that reflects the enormity of the Lord. The structure has a high ceiling structure of over twenty one feet to facilitate comfortable environment for all devotees. The ‘shikhara’ of the Garbhagriha has a height of over fifty feet and is structure as per the Hindu designs principles. Another smaller ‘shikhara’ adorns the front part which is sealed with Glass – as that ensures the early rays of the sun purify the Garbhagriha and also provide enough light to keep the temple lit so much so that no lights are needed within the temple during the day time – this is also in line with the efforts to ensure minimum energy utilization and keep the premises green. Adorning the high walls of temple are beautiful murals crafted and designed by acclaimed artists of the famous ‘kumartoli’ while one depicts ‘Samudra Manthan of Lord Shiva’ the other depicts the ‘Vishnnu Avatar of Lord Krishna in the Battle of Kurukshetra – the Bhagwat Gita Vaani’.

Behind the temple structure is a three storey administrative block. This block was conceptualized and developed with a multiple purposes such as - to organize puja celebrations, arrange events for the community and so on.

The Earlier temple of the Lord Gonesh now houses the abode of Lord Shiva – wherein the deity is daily worshipped and special puja is held during the auspicious month of Shravan.

On the northern corner of the Temple is situated the abode of Lord Hanuman – under the auspicious shade of the Mango & Neem tree growing out of the same point on earth. Also present is the Maha Tulsi Manch near the abode of Lord Hanuman.
